The 4-H and FFA Youth Showcase was held on Friday, Feb. 18 at Lord Botetourt High School. As a part of this event, we had representation from seven 4-H Clubs, that set up displays, had interactive activities, and shared information about each club’s offerings.

A special addition to this year’s event included our Botetourt 4-H Share the Fun Talent Show. Overall, we had 12 acts across the junior and intermediate divisions. Performers participated in several categories that included vocal, instrumental, dance, variety, combination, etc. Each category within the division had a champion and then an overall grand champion was crowned. The grand champion for the junior division was Karis Edwards for her vocal performance, and Finn Wilkinson was grand champion of the intermediate division with his instrumental act.

The other performers in the talent show included Beahlen Deacon, Rosalie Stull, Evan Mundy, Ginny Crawford, Noah Patterson, Nathan Gergely, Abigail Topkin, Hadley Milko, Evelyn Milko, and Brent Saunders.
