The Buchanan Lions Club has extended the deadline to Friday, May 30 to apply for two $750 scholarships, one to a graduating senior at James River High School and one to a graduating senior at Botetourt Technical Education Center.
Scholarship applications are available through James River’s counseling office. The criteria for these scholarships are grounded in a commitment to learning and community service.
