Angelia Stanley, 56, left this life on Thursday, June 19, 2025 to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Angelia lived in Fincastle and worked as a Contract Director at New River Electrical Corporation where she developed relationships with several close friends.

Departing this life before her were her mother, Linda Sink Ball; step-father, Jim Parks; brother, Todd Ball; cherished aunt, Iva Hammock; grandmother, Roxie Sink; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Clyde and Peggy Stanley; sister-in-law, Joyce Carter; and included in those that departed before her is the best dog who ever lived, Bella.

Along with several cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends; Angelia leaves behind her son, the love of her life and her pride and joy, Cade Stanley. Also surviving are her ex-husband, father of her child, and her best friend, David Stanley; special cousin, Susan Galliher; sisters-in-law, Joann Lusky, Terry Stanley, and Pat Stanley. Special friends include Marie Conner, Audra Vanover, Susan Payne, Johnny Lanning, Lauren Arthur, and many others.

Visitation will be held from 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m on Monday, June 30, with a celebration of life at 7 p.m. in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home where guests will have an opportunity to share a favorite story or memory. Comfortable dress is recommended.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to any of Angelia’s favorite charities: The American Cancer Society, The American Heart Association, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, The Ronald McDonald House, The Salvation Army, or Zion Hill Baptist Church in Fincastle.
