Breckinridge Elementary had 170 students who completed their summer reading and as a reward enjoyed a day at the pool swimming at Ashley Plantation. They were joined by 30 students from Eagle Rock Elementary to celebrate a summer of learning before the new school year.
Students and staff at Breckinridge marked the start of a new school year with excitement and school spirit with “Meet the Teacher Day,” classroom tours, and the Breckinridge Bear pledge, as teachers and student leaders helped welcome everyone back.
