The Botetourt County Republican Women’s Club awarded its scholarships for 2025 to Lord Botetourt High senior Maisy Cook and James River senior Jadyen Miller.
Each scholarship was for $1,000, and was awarded based on a competitive selection process, which included an essay, letters of recommendation, transcripts, and volunteerism and community service involvement.
The Botetourt County Republican Women’s Club (the BCRW) has awarded a total of $7,000 in s scholarships since the inception of an annual scholarship program three years ago. The BCRW is a member of the Virginia Federation of Republican Women, which consists of over 45 local clubs throughout Virginia.
