
Former Lord Botetourt standout Owen Prince is a senior utilityman for the VMI baseball team. Owen has started all 23 games for the Keydets and is 28 for 80 at the plate for a .350 batting average, which is second on the team. Prince leads VMI with 39 runs scored and has stolen 21 bases while only being caught three times. He’s struck out just seven times in 111 plate appearances. The Keydets are 19-4 after taking two of three games from Radford University last weekend. They’re at East Tennessee State for a three-game series this weekend.
