The Botetourt County Wide League will host a May Day Fundraiser on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Central Academy Middle School, 367 Poor Farm Road.
Attendees can expect a full slate of activities throughout the day, including live performances by local gospel choirs, a traditional fish fry, a cake walk and an auction. Additional entertainment and family-friendly activities will also be available.
The event invites attendees to “celebrate the history of our community.” Admission to the fundraiser is free. For more information, residents are encouraged to contact the Botetourt County Wide League.
