Buchanan will once again be filled with the sounds of reggae this weekend as Reggae by the River returns Saturday for an evening of live music, food, vendors and fun along the James River.
The event, which was not held last year, is returning to Buchanan with a lineup featuring Sky High Reggae, Lazy Man Dub Band and other talented reggae artists.
Organizers said the event is designed to bring the community together for a night of live entertainment in a scenic setting along the river.
In addition to live music, attendees will be able to enjoy food and drinks from local vendors, browse vendor offerings and take in the atmosphere of one of Buchanan’s popular summer events.
General admission tickets are $20, available now through Saturday. Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite.com and at the gate.
Reggae by the River will take place along the James River in Buchanan. Organizers encourage residents and visitors to come out and enjoy an evening of music and community.
