The Botetourt YMCA is sponsoring a Women’s Self-Defense Class on Saturday, July 27 from 9 a.m.- noon. The three-hour course is being taught by Virginia State Certified Defensive Tactics Instructors. The class will focus on scenarios and opportunities to practice hands-on training for self-awareness and safety.
The cost is $30 and you do not have to be a member of the YMCA. Free child care will be provided.
