Scanning sessions of old photos, obituaries, etc., are being held for the Fincastle Library’s collection and for Botetourt County’s 250th anniversary celebration.
The public is asked to share vintage photos, obituaries, memorial cards, military photos, marriage announcements, anniversary photos and other memorabilia.
The scanning will be place from 1-4 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 15 at the Troutville Town Hall and 2-6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21 at the Eagle Rock Library.
