ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Botetourt, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Botetourt, Virginia, described as follows:

 

Tax Map No. 17A(5)23

Account No. 17337

 

All that certain lot or parcel of land with any improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate in Botetourt County, Virginia and more particularly described as follows:

 

Being all of Lot Twenty-three (23) as shown on the plat of the subdivision of Tract Number Four (4) of the Talmage D. Evans Farm made by C. H. Zentmyer and of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Bedford County, Virginia in Plat Book 4 at Page 41.

 

And being the same real property conveyed to Paul B. Meador and Marie Jewell Meador, husband and wife, from James A. Clifton and Mildred D. Clifton, his wife, by Deed dated August 24, 1988 and recorded September 2, 1988 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Botetourt County in Deed Book 351 at Page 756.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 156 at Page 39, Plat Book 4 at Page 41.

All that certain lot or parcel of land with any improvement thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being, situate in Botetourt County, Virginia and more particularly described as follows:

 

Being all of Lot Twenty-four (24), as shown on the plat of the subdivision of Tract No. 4 of the Talmage D. Evans Farm, made by C. H. Zentmyer, and of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Bedford County, Virginia in Plat Book 4 at Page 41.

 

And being the same real property conveyed to Paul R. Meador and Marie J. Meador, husband and wife, from Curtis L. Lawrence and Elsie H. Lawrence, husband and wife, by Deed dated March 5, 1964 and recorded March 28, 1964 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Botetourt County in Deed Book 162 at Page 91.

 

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 148 at Page 43, Plat Book 4 at page 41.

 

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Paul R. Meador, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 111 Trout Street NW, Roanoke, Virginia  24017; Marie J. Meador aka Marie Jewell Meador, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 111 Trout Street NW, Roanoke, Virginia  24017; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before November 11, 2019 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Botetourt, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
