The Lord Botetourt cross country team will be in Bristol today to run in the Region 3D preview meet at Sugar Hollow Park. Abingdon High School will host the meet.
LB will also be running this Saturday in the MileStat Invitational. That will be held at Pole Green Park in Richmond, and some top competition is expected.
James River is off this week, but both the Knights and Cavaliers will run in the annual Metro Cross Country meet in Blacksburg next Wednesday, Oct. 23.
