Botetourt native and author Vanessa Burton, who goes by the pen name V. Romas Burton, will be at the Roanoke Author Invasion on April 4 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. The event will be at the Holiday Inn Tanglewood in Roanoke. It is free for readers. “Heartmender” is her debut novel.
