FINCASTLE — The Botetourt County Chamber of Commerce Board met Nov. 12, and during the meeting accepted the resignation, effective Nov. 29, of Executive Director Grant Holmes, who has decided to pursue other professional opportunities.
“We would like to gratefully acknowledge the good work of Executive Director Holmes and thank him for his many contributions. A search committee has been formed to initiate the process of securing future leadership for the Chamber,” the chamber said in a release.
“We are thankful for our past, excited about what the future holds, and will continue to build upon our solid foundation as we venture into this new chapter,” the release said.
