- Gene A. Lipes, 68, of Eagle Rock, drunk in public, May 17
- Francis L. Muse, 51, of Salem, possession of a Schedule drug, May 18
- James H. Porter II, 47, of Blue Ridge, possession of child pornography, May 21
- Raymond E. Haven II, 62, of Oolteway, Tenn., domestic assault, May 21
- Joshua A. Ferris, 35, of Blue Ridge, obstruction of justice, drunk in public, May 22
- Jeremy T. Gawronski, 28, of Abilene, Texas, breaking and entering, May 22
