- Destyni A. Akers, 23, of Henry, identity theft, February 2
- James B. Metzgar, 28, of Roanoke, driving revoked, February 2
- Steven W. Fizer, 45, of Thaxton, two charges of grand larceny, drunk in public, February 2
- Amber M. Niday, 31, of Troutville, obstruction of justice, February 3
- Rayman P. Faidley Jr., 39, of Beckley, W.Va., threaten to bomb or burn, February 4
- Dennis M. Hodges Jr., 40, of Buchanan, drunk in public, February 5
- Christopher A. Hunt, 44, of Fincastle, driving under the influence, refusal to submit to breath test, driving revoked, February 6
