The annual Fincastle Christmas Parade will step off at 2 p.m. this Saturday, Dec. 3, with Lynne Bolton as this year’s parade marshal.
Bolton is an active member of many organizations in Fincastle. She is an officer in Historic Fincastle Inc. and heads up the Fincastle Festival, and is active in Fincastle Presbyterian Church. She also taught at Lord Botetourt High School and took many students on tours to Europe.
The public is encouraged to attend the parade to begin the Christmas season.
