- Tia E. Franks, 18, of Troutville, obstruction of justice, simple assault, underage possession of alcohol, May 29
- Whitney B. Webster, 40, of Richmond, driving under the influence, June 2
- Jesus A. Garcia, 23, of Roanoke, trespassing, June 3
- Jillian G. Harrison, 36, of Roanoke, possession of a firearm by a felon, June 3
- John P. Harrison, 58, of Roanoke, possession of a firearm by a felon, June 3
