- Jason M. Adkins, 39, of Selma, identity theft, possession of Schedule drugs, providing false identity to law enforcement, July 25

- Aurora K. Stevens, 22, of Fincastle, domestic assault, July 26
- David A. Phillips, 37, of Covington, obstruction of justice, July 26
- Kira A. Fox, 20, of Glen Allen, simple assault, obstruction of justice, drunk in public, July 27
