- Barry W. Mills, Jr., 49, of Blue Ridge, possession of controlled drugs, eluding law enforcement, obstruction of justice, driving on a revoked license, October 12
- Donise J. Newton, 34, of South Boston, drunk in public, October 13
- Glenn R. Bieszcz, 41, of Dandridge, Tenn., drunk in public, petit larceny, obstruction of justice, simple assault, October 13
- Matthew R. Fisher, 38, of Christiansburg, domestic assault, October 15
- Amy K. Fisher, 38, of Christiansburg, domestic assault, October 15
