Representatives from the NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) Langley Research Center will be at Mountain Gateway Community College’s Moomaw Center in Clifton Forge on Monday, November 13, from 2 to 4 p.m.
NASA personnel are deploying across Virginia to visit and recruit students from community colleges. NASA needs students from all degree programs, including computer and IT, engineering, physical sciences, marketing, human resources, administrative, finance and accounting, art, technology, robotics, automotive and general education.
Opportunities for students, including internships, apprenticeships and volunteers, will be showcased. NASA personnel will be on hand to explain their personnel paths from community college to NASA.
