- Kristy L. Goad, 55, of Thaxton, possession of controlled drugs, possession of controlled paraphernalia, April 16
- Gregory D. Muncey, 31, of Fincastle, malicious wounding, child abuse, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, April 21
- Ryan K. Hale, 48, of Troutville, driving under the influence, April 23
- Marvin R. Layne, 48, of Goodview, trespassing, obstruction of justice, possession of controlled drugs, April 25
- Clarence G. Downey, 76, of Troutville, simple assault, April 27
