American Legion Post 240 conducted its 2017-2018 executive election with the following results: Post Commander Ray Gabay, 1st Vice Commander Misti Hagerman, 2nd Vice Commander Marvin Moore, Adjutant Joel Eig, Finance Officer Alex Kamwell, Chaplain Jeri St. Clair, Service Officer Bernie West and Sgt-At-Arms Warren Bennett.
American Legion Post 240 meets at the VFW building on Roanoke Road, Daleville, on the first Thursday of each month. All military veterans are invited to attend these meetings. Also, all veterans living in the Botetourt County area are invited to become active members.
