Averi Alderman, a fifth grade student at Greenfield Elementary School, has won the Botetourt County Art Contest for her outstanding artistic talent. She also earned third place in the Virginia School Board Association’s Blue Ridge Regional Art Contest, showcasing her work among top young artists in the region.
