- Andrew S. Chocklett, 34, of Montvale, drunk in public, February 23
- Erin D. Lacks, 29, of Roanoke, assault, February 23
- Tabitha S. Neal, 36, of Roanoke, possession of Schedule I or II drugs, February 24
- Elijah B. Harlow, 37, of Buchanan, drunk in public, February 24
- Crissie R. Dudley, 26, of Buchanan, possession of Schedule I or II drugs, providing false information to law enforcement, February 24
- James L. Bullard, 73, of Bainbridge, Ga., fugitive from justice, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, February 25
