- Steven E. Payne, 26, of Lynchburg, eluding law enforcement, reckless driving, August 7
- Zeke E. Leonard, 43, of Vinton, driving under the influence, possession of Schedule drugs, possession of a firearm with drugs, removal or altering firearm serial number, no operator’s license, refusing breath test, August 8
- Sasha M. Suttle, 33, of Peterstown, W.Va., domestic assault, August 9
- Donna J. Rose, 51, of Cloverdale, domestic assault, August 9
- Nikie L. Bowers, 31, of Goodview, simple assault, drunk in public, August 12
- Ronal Linarez-Lopez, 28, of Roanoke, driving under the influence, eluding law enforcement, obstruction of justice, child abuse, simple assault, August 12
