- John Whitcomb, 72, of Troutville, aggravated sexual battery, August 3
- Edith B. Helms, 76, of Buchanan, domestic assault, August 3
- Willie M. Corvin Jr., 53, of Fincastle, driving under the influence, obstruction of justice, disorderly conduct, assault, August 3
- Maquan A. Calenger, 19, of Roanoke, manufacture, sell, distribute a Schedule drug, August 4
- Caylan K. Barrett, 31, of Troutville, brandishing a firearm, obstruction of justice, drunk in public, August 4
- Emma C. Cheatham, 23, of Daleville, drunk in public, August 5
- Donnie S. Sowers, 33, of Blue Ridge, breaking and entering, possession of a firearm by a felon, August 6
- Eldredge F. Mays III, 28, of Roanoke, possession of a Schedule drug, August 6
- Joseph H. Craighead, 47, of Thaxton, trespassing, August 7
- Conner P. Johnson, 19, of Vinton, drunk in public, August 8
