- Richard D. Moran, 42, of Roanoke, violation or probation, July 12
- Melissa R. McSherry, 46, of Roanoke, driving under the influence, July 15
- Tamara K. Richards, 46, of Roanoke, driving under the influence, refusing breath test, July 15
- Shawn D. Wright, 37, of Fincastle, brandishing a firearm, July 17
