- John C. Combs, 36, of Roanoke, drunk in public, May 31
- Kathy P. Guidry, 60, of Troutville brandishing a firearm, reckless handling of a firearm, simple assault, May 31
- Russell M. Hubbard, 65, of Troutville, brandishing a firearm, reckless handling of a firearm, obstruction of justice, June 1
- Amanda G. Gilliam, 39, of Buchanan, drunk in public, trespassing, June 1
- Daniel I. Sine, 39, of Blue Ridge, abduction, domestic assault, June 1
