- Robert P. Neal Sr., 60, of Clifton Forge, selling, distributing Schedule drugs, March 3
- Matilda C. Ray, 34, of Buchanan, selling, distributing Schedule drugs, March 3
- Joseph E. Davis, 24, of Roanoke, possession of a firearm by a felon, March 4
- Jody A. Miller, 47, of Fincastle, reckless handling of a firearm, March 5
- Eddie L. Winston, 45, of Willow Springs, N.C., forgery and uttering, March 6
- Wesley B. Markham, 21, of Eagle Rock, simple assault, March 7
- Nicholas S. Stinnett, 25, of Roanoke, possession of Schedule drugs, March 9
- Daniel W. Carroll, 54, of Troutville, property damage, March 9
- Dean W. Greep, 42, of Lynchburg, driving under the influence, March 9
