• Linda F. Barr, 61, of Fincastle, driving under the influence, refusal of breath test, February 27
• Matthew S. Owens, 51, of Roanoke, domestic assault, malicious wounding, March 1
• Dawn R. Anderson, 61, of Fincastle, drunk in public, March 1
• Scott L. Tingler, 47, of Covington, possession of a Schedule drug, March 2
