- Joseph H. Rhoton, 31, of Troutville, domestic assault, strangulation, abduction, obstruct someone from calling 911, obstruction of justice, April 27
- Abigail Underwood, 23, of Buchanan, assault, April 29
- Shawn W. Martin, 29, of Blacksburg, grand larceny, unauthorized use, April 30
