Background music is by Herbert Stothart, dance, and vocal arrangements by Peter Howard, with orchestration by Larry Wilcox. It was adapted by John Kane for the Royal Shakespeare Company, with further adaptation and support materials developed by ITheatrics under the supervision of Timothy Allen McDonald. Partial funding support comes from the Virginia Commission for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.
