Bailey, the 2018 ODAC Rookie of the Year, was a first team selection for each of her first three seasons in Salem and was named to the 2nd team in 2021. The senior outside hitter eclipsed the 1,000 kill mark for her career in the 2020 season and once again led Roanoke in kills this season with 339, which was third best in the conference.
The Fincastle native finished her RC career with 1,368 kills and accounted for over 1,500 points during her time in a Roanoke uniform. Her 3.36 kills per set ranked 5th in the ODAC this season while the versatile attacker was top 15 in the ODAC with 266 digs and 8th in the league with 35 service aces.
