The Botetourt Chamber of Commerce is accepting registrations for its annual golf tournament, scheduled for Friday, Oct. 16, at Botetourt Golf & Swim Club.
The tournament brings together golfers, business leaders and community partners for an afternoon of golf and networking. The Chamber is encouraging local businesses to register a team or consider sponsoring the event.
Registration will begin at 11 a.m., followed by lunch at 11:30 a.m. and a 1 p.m. shotgun start.
The tournament includes 18 holes of golf, lunch, player gift bags and unlimited beverage carts, according to the Chamber.
In addition to providing an opportunity for businesses and employees to connect outside the office, the tournament will benefit Food Lion Feeds. Proceeds will support area food banks.
Sponsorship opportunities are available at several investment levels, giving businesses an opportunity to promote their organizations while supporting the tournament and its charitable beneficiary.

The Chamber described the tournament as an opportunity for participants to “play, connect and get noticed” while supporting the local community.
