Free Christmas concert this Saturday in Fincastle
The community is invited to “Come Celebrate Christmas!” at a concert set for this Saturday, Dec. 13 at 7 p.m. at Fincastle Presbyterian Church, located at 108 E. Back Street.
The free-admission event will feature a slate of local performers listed on the flyer: Alan Parks — vocalist & pianist; Vanessa Royer — soprano, The 5 Golden Strings; Amy Clary — pianist; tenors David Wright & Don Naysmith; Mark Fitzgerald — guitarist & flautist; and the FUMC Ensemble.

‘Austin & Friends’ Christmas concert Dec. 14
“David Austin & Friends” will present a concert of Christmas music on Sunday, Dec. 14, at 4 p.m. at Buchanan Presbyterian Church. The church is located at 19559 Main Street in Buchanan.
The group will feature various styles of original and traditional Christmas music.
The “Friends” members are (from left): front, Kristen Smith, Hannah Snyder, and Elizabeth Holdren; back, Keith Wood, Robert Smith, David Austin, Jacob Holdren, and Greg Honeycutt.
