- Kris A. Kuhn, 48, of Glen Allen, breaking, injuring, defacing, destroying, or preventing the operation of a vehicle, aircraft, boat, or vessel, Aug. 14
- Damien R. Moore, 21, of Roanoke, eluding, reckless driving, Aug. 15
- Michelle Bailey, 51, no fixed address, drunk in public, Aug. 15
