- Jamey L. Menefee, 49, of Buchanan, driving under the influence, June 25
- Brandon L. Braxton, 49, of York, Pa., drunk in public, June 26
- Crystal M. Butler, 35, of Clifton Forge, warrant for extradition, obstruction of justice, assault on law enforcement, hit and run, eluding, identity theft, strangulation, property damage; preventing the operation of vehicle, domestic assault, June 27
- James L. Stoneberger, 41, of Roanoke, driving revoked, June 28
- Daniel L. Lindsey, 37, of Palmyra, identity theft, driving revoked, June 28
