- Cristian M. Macias, 21, of Martinsburg, W.Va., failure to appear, March 5
- Matthew D. Parsons, 43, of Eagle Rock, malicious wounding, assault and battery, March 5
- Alfred L. Dearing Jr., 49, of Clifton Forge, hit and run, possession of Schedule drugs, March 6
- William G. Wirt III, 41, of Buchanan, vandalism, March 6
- Skylar S. Tabor, 30, of Blue Ridge, failure to appear, March 7
