- Esteban Dario Murillo Rojas, 38, of Moneta, driving under the influence, driving after forfeiture of license, May 26
- Jennifer M. Bursey, 42, of Troutville, trespassing, May 28
- Emily B. Wood, 56, of Fincastle, unauthorized use of motor vehicle, May 28
- Isreal N. Munoz-Munoz, 19, of Roanoke, carnal knowledge of child, false identity to law enforcement officer, May 31
