Tiffany Bradbury will be joining Botetourt County as the Director of Communications on June 15.  Bradbury comes to Botetourt with over 25 years in the public relations field and most recently served as the City of Roanoke’s Community Engagement Manager.  She brings a wealth of knowledge in digital and traditional media experience and communications.  She currently lives in Blue Ridge with her husband and three children.

“I am so excited to be joining the Botetourt County team,” says Bradbury. “I can’t wait to build our Communications Department and to start telling the stories about all of the great things happening in our community. I am a Botetourt resident and have raised my family in our beautiful county. I’m a people person and am looking forward to telling the stories of our residents as well as our dedicated employees.”

Board of Supervisors Chairman Dr. Mac Scothorn said, “I am very excited to be able to have a dedicated and talented person who will be delivering information to the public and the media on the multitude of exciting things in Botetourt County.  The Board of Supervisors has been working toward having better citizen communication for the past five years and this position will magnify the efforts.”

“Having Ms. Bradbury on board will allow Botetourt to be more proactive in delivering information to the citizens about all of the wonderful projects and activities we have going on in Botetourt.  Information delivery is a key element in the success of a growing community,” said County Administrator Gary Larrowe.
