Two Botetourt County high schools have announced their 2026 prom royalty following recent celebrations marking the spring tradition.
At James River High School, seniors Josiah Merchant and Kaia Binns (left) were selected Prom King and Queen during the school’s prom held April 11. The event took place at Bailey Wick Farm, where students gathered for an evening of music and celebration.
Two weeks later, Lord Botetourt High School held its prom on April 25 at the Hotel Roanoke. During the event, Austin Gardner and Ava Duff (right) were named Prom King and Queen.
