The Lord Botetourt girls’ soccer team will be in Lynchburg tonight to take on E.C. Glass in a non-district soccer game. The girls come into a three-game week at 3-4 overall after splitting two Blue Ridge games last week.
Last Tuesday, April 14, the Cavaliers beat Staunton River in Daleville, 4-2. Ella Fletcher had two goals and Luci Rock and Maggie Caldwell also scored. Rock, Reagan Helms and Taylor Jones had assists.
On Friday the girls played William Byrd in Vinton and fell 5-1. Jones scored the goal for LB off an assist from Kendall Nixon.
Next Tuesday the girls are home with Franklin County, then host Salem a week from today.
