The Lord Botetourt High soccer teams are off this week with the county schools on spring break. Both the Cavalier boys and girls are looking forward to resuming action next week.
The boys haven’t played since March 15 when they lost a home game to Salem. The Cavaliers went into to the break at 0-2 and were still looking for their first goal of the season. They’ll be back on the pitch after 18 full days off when they host Christiansburg in Daleville next Wednesday, April 3.
The LB girls were at Jefferson Forest for their last game before break last week and dropped a 2-0 decision. The girls are now 1-2 and they’ll return to action on Friday, April 5, with a home game against Blacksburg.
