Breckinridge Elementary held its annual Walk-a-Thon fundraiser on Friday, Oct. 24. Hosted by DJ Flex, students walked, ran, and danced alongside their buddy grade levels to raise money for PTA funding concerning multiple projects at the school. One of the projects includes installing adaptive playground equipment for students with special needs. The event raised more than $12,000, earning students exciting rewards, including the opportunity to tape Principal Wyatt Turner to the wall.
