Denise Smith brought many needed donations raised from the Breckinridge Elementary fundraiser during Red Ribbon Week on November 4 to the LAP Shelter in Fincastle. PreK through fifth graders participated. “All at the League For Animal Protection are very grateful to the school for helping our shelter with food and warm blankets for the cats and dogs,” said Pat Shaver, LAP Shelter director.
