The Computer Systems Solutions class at Botetourt Technical Education Center (BTEC) recently got a new equipment lab. The lab was engineered, installed and provided by Templeton-Vest Wireless Services. “The new lab allows our students to have experience on equipment that demonstrates the relationship between a fiber optic network and the end user through ethernet cable. It is representative of networks used by colleges and universities,” BTEC Principal Mike Ketron said. He also thanked Griffin and Templeton-Vest for their donation of the lab equipment.
