The Botetourt County Chamber of Commerce announced its the newest member of the chamber team, Community Engagement Coordinator Channing Preston, in a release Monday.
“As a business owner, father of four, and driving instructor, I am a permanent resident of Botetourt,” Preston said in the release. “After selling a business recently, I decided to dedicate some of my newfound time to the Botetourt Chamber. I was warmly welcomed by the board and gladly accepted the role of Community Engagement Coordinator.
“My goal is to support the growth of both large and small businesses to ensure that Botetourt remains a thriving community where extended families can flourish. I am excited about assisting your business to prosper and guiding young individuals to stay in the area by connecting them with potential employers.
