Fincastle Presbyterian having worship services in the sanctuary

Fincastle Presbyterian Church is now having worship services in the sanctuary from 10:25-11:30 a.m.,
with five minutes of music at the beginning.
Social distancing and masks required during
the entire service. The live streaming via Facebook
is also continuing. To access: https://facebook.com/ fincastlepresbyterianchurch.

Reservations are being requested for all services via email: fincastlepresbyterianchurch@gmail.com.

Walk-ins are welcome and will be seated as long as occupancy remains within the current guidelines for indoor services. New members are welcome and are encouraged to join the hand bell choir and/or vocal praise group.

The church is handicapped accessible and located at 108 E. Back Street in Fincastle. The Rev. Dr. David Dickerson is the pastor. For more information, use the email address or call 473-2042.

 

Fincastle UMC holding in-person services

Fincastle United Methodist Church is holding in-person services at 10 a.m. Sundays in the sanctuary, 136 S. Church Street, Fincastle. They also are streamed through the website: fincastleumc.org. Go to the “our services” button on home page.

The church will comply with health protocols of state government and the Virginia Methodist Conference, and follow these guidelines for in-person worship:

 

Donations needed for Mt. Bethel Cemetery upkeep

Donations are being accepted for the upkeep of the Mt. Bethel Church of the Brethren Cemetery. The cemetery is located on Rt. 43 (Narrow Passage Road) near Eagle Rock. Mail donations to Etta Alexander P.O. Box 5, Eagle Rock, 24085.

 

Andrew Chapel Cemetery donations requested

Donations are requested for the maintenance of the Andrew Chapel Cemetery in Springwood. Donations are greatly appreciated and may be sent to Andrew Chapel UMC, P.O. Box 998, Buchanan, 24066.
