Colonial Mortgage Company LLC, a subsidiary of The Bank of Fincastle and All Stars Realty of Virginia LLC, has announced new locations and new branding for the company.

Colonial Mortgage offices have been opened inside three branches of The Bank of Fincastle—  Daleville, Troutville and Fincastle.

The Mortgage Loan Processing department will have new home as well, at 23 S. Roanoke Street in Fincastle. Colonial Mortgage is relocating from their previous building at 1645 Roanoke Road in Daleville.

“Our location has served us well over the years, but we have simply outgrown the current space,” said Dana Tiller, Manager of Colonial Mortgage. “Expanding our presence to three Bank of Fincastle locations will also make the process more convenient for our mortgage loan customers throughout the county.”

Dana Tiller, who serves as Vice Presdient of Residential Real Estate Lending for The Bank of Fincastle, will continue to manage Colonial Mortgage from her office in the Daleville branch located at 1245 Roanoke Road.

Laura Mossor will serve the Fincastle community at the Fincastle branch, 17 S. Roanoke Street. Chris Hollish, who is the newest member of the Colonial Mortgage origination team, will open his office in his hometown of Troutville at 5192 Lee Highway.

Complementing the company growth is a refreshed brand identity featuring an updated logo, according to an announcement by the company. The new design reflects Colonial Mortgage’s enhanced services and continued commitment to serve customers with the latest products available in the real estate lending industry.

The logo transformation visually showcases the forward progress of Colonial Mortgage and its modern service offerings, including the ability to apply online for home mortgages and equity lines of credit.
